XPS met\u00f3da sa be\u017ene pou\u017e\u00edva na povrchov\u00fa anal\u00fdzu anorganick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn, kovov\u00fdch zliatin, polym\u00e9rov, biomateri\u00e1lov, lepidiel, lakov, lek\u00e1rskych implant\u00e1tov, i\u00f3novo modifikovan\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov a mnoho \u010fal\u0161\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kladnou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou pr\u00edstroja je r\u00f6ntgenov\u00fd zdroj a energetick\u00fd analyz\u00e1tor.
